Hello friends, Ye post bahut important hai aur sabhi ko read karni chahiye kyonki agar aap ek woman hai fir to ye aapke bahut kaam aane wali hai aur agar aap ek man hai to isse read karke aap kisi woman ka confidence improve karne me uski help kar sakte hai. 


Confidence koi trait ya feeling nahi hai, confidence ek skill hai jo ki dhire- dhire wo kaam karke develop ki ja sakti hai jisko karne me aap ghabrate hai. Bahut saari women ye skills puri tarah se develop nahi kar pati, mainly job/work me. Women ko khud ke performance par doubt hota hai aur wo apni abilities ko underestimate karti hai, yahi reason hai ki wo apne increment aur promotion ki baat, ek man ke compare me kam hi karti hai.
 Iske piche ek karan yah bhi hai ki women jab tak kisi work me 100% perfect nahi ho jati tab tak wo confidence feel nahi karti. Perfect hone ki thinking women ko risk nahi lene deti, doubt create karti rahti hai issi wajah se women wo actions nahi le pati jisse unka confidence bade. Agar aapko apne performance ko improve karna hai to aapko confidence ki skill to develop karna hi hogi. Low confidence aapko hesitate banata hai or action nahi lene deta par agar aap khud ko force kare aur action le to aap usse kai behtar kar lenge jitna aap soch rahe the, isse aapka confidence badega aur aap better perform karne ke liye motivate honge. 

Confidence ki skill ko develop karne ke liye kin-kin baato ka dhyan rakhna chahiye aur kya-kya karna chahiye iske liye me aapko 5 tarike bata raha hu aap inhe use kijiye aur confident ban jaiye, ye skills aapko work ke saath-saath personal life me bhi bahut help karegi. To aaiye jante hai

Apne aapko confident dikhaye

Aap kaise khade hote hai, kaise handshake karte hai, kaise chalte hai, aapka eye contact kaisa hai, ye sab batata hai ki aap kitne confident hai. Isliye straight khade hoiye, Firm handshake kijiye, confidence se chaliye aur sabhi se eye contact maintain kijiye. Eye contact aur clear communication bahut important hai, inke bina aap confident nahi lag sakte. Aap chahe abhi confident feel na karte ho par confident hone ka dikhwa kijiye aur meri batai inn baato ko practice kijiye, aap dekhenge ki kuch hi dino me aapka confidence bahut badd jayega.







Progress ko celebrate kijiye  

Work life ko positive banane ke liye sabse important hai choti se choti win/progress ko celebrate karna. Jab bhi aap job me kuch acha kare to kaise bhi celebrate kare, chahe ek chocolate kha le. Jab aap apni progress par dhyan dete hoto ye aapko khush aur productive banata hai. 


Aap chahe to apni har progress ya achievements ko ek notepad ya Word Document me daily likh kar bhi rakh sakte hai. Jab aap apni progress dekhenge to aapka confidence badega aur aap realize karenge ki aap ek valuable team member hai. Jab aap Promotion ya increment ke liye baat karne jaye to ye notepad ek baar read karke jaye jisse aapko remind hoga ki aap kitne valuable hai aur aap bta payenge ki aapne company me kitna contribute kiya hai aur aage bhi karenge. 





Apne Views Share kare aur work ko visible banaye

Agar aapko kisi company ne hire kiya hai to isliye kiya kyonki aap uss post ke liye perfect aur smart candidate hai aur ab aap bahut acha perform bhi kar rhe hai lekin agar aap company meetings me chup-chap bethe rahenge to aapka work unnoticed rah jayega, kisi project me aapki prepration, planning or saare important work ko aapko visible banana hoga. 

Aapko meetings me ek balance banana hoga, aapko na jyada chup rahna hai na hi bole chale jana hai. Aapko apne project aur work ke baare me apne views share karna chahiye aur performance ko visible banana chahiye. Aap meetings me sahi tarike se communicate karoge to ye aapka confidence bahut improve karega aur sabhi ko bahut confident dikhoge. 





Problems solve kare

Apne aapko aage badane ke liye hume problem solving nature rakhna chahiye aur khud ko action lene ke liye push karna chahiye. Job me jab kuch new work ya projects karna hota hai to kai problems aati hai, aise me hume problems se bhagna nahi hai, unhe face karna hai, Hume solution pata na bhi ho to bhi koshish karna chahiye aur apna best dena chahiye. Problem solving nature rakhe aur action le, ye aapka confidence bahut bada dega.






NO kahe

No kahna thoda difficult hai iske liye bahut courage chahiye. Aur jab baat Boss ya colleague ki hoto ye aur bhi mushkil ho jata hai. Job me aapko apni priorities clear rakhni chahiye, agar aapse koi kuch aur work karne ka kahta hai jo ki aapke current work ko affect kar sakta hai bager guilty feel kiye NO kahna chahiye. 

Aaiye me aapko batata hu ki NO kaise kahna chahiye. Aapko ye samjhna hoga ki aap kisi person ko NO nahi kah rhe, aap uss work ko NO kah rahe hai aur isme kuch galat nahi kyonki aap important project ko priority de rahe hai. Jab bhi koi colleague aapse koi aur work me help mange to pehle aap unhe thank you kahe ki unhone aapko iss layak samjha, unhe explain kare aap apne project ke karan wo work nahi kar sakte, agar possible hoto thoda guide kar de. 
Agar aapka Boss aapse koi aur work karne ko kah raha hai to pehle unki puri baat sune aur unhe dono task ki priorities ko compare karke puche ki unhe konsa work important lag raha hai, new work ya jis par aap kuch dino se work kar rahe hai wo work.



Friends, confidence har kisi ke liye bahut important hai, fir chahe work ho ya personal life kyonki agar aap confident nahi dikhoge to log aapko ek weak aur stupid person samjh lenge.
