Hello Friends, Exam me stress aur anxiety hona bahut normal baat hai. Agar aapne poore year achhi prepration ki hai to aapko stress kam rahega, par rahta jarur hai. Kisi student ko Top karne ka stress to kisiko bas pass hone ka, par jyada stress aapki study ko affect kar sakta hai jisse aap concentration nahi kar payenge aur aapki proper prepration nahi ho payegi.

Parents ki expectation aur apne classmates se competition bhi stress ka bahut bada reason hai. Kuch students inn sab baato ko avoid karke apni study par concentrate karte hai aur exam me bahut achha perform karte hai par sab aisa nahi kar pate. Motivated rahne ke liye thoda stress thik hai par agar aap iski wajah se achhe se study nahi kar pa rahe to ye aapke liye achha nahi hai. 7. Situation ko accept kare aur brave bane.



Success ko imagine kare, na ki failure ko
Exam time me agar aap ye soch rahe hai ki mujhe kam marks aaye to kya hoga ya me fail ho gaya to kya hoga to aise thoughts aapka stress or bada denge. Negative thoughts ko hata kar uski jagah positive thoughts le aaye. Humare thoughts ko hum jaisa direction denge wo ussi me aage badte rahenge. Aap apne aap se kahe ki ye exam bahut easy hai aur me ek intelligent student hu, me jarur ache marks le aaunga, aisa thought morning se hi apne mind me set karle aur apne aap ko study ke liye motivate karte rahe. 
Aise kai students hote hai jo dusro se kam time study karte hai par ache marks le aate hai, agar aap bhi aise hi student hai aur kabhi past me kam prepration karke ache marks laye hai to aap ye bhi soch sakte hai ki me kam study karke bhi achhe marks la sakta hu, ye thinking aapko bahut encourage kar degi aur stress gayab ho jayega.


Apne friends se unki preparation ke baare me na puche 
Normally exam time me students apne friends ko call karke puchte hai ki uski study kaisi chal rahi hai ya usne kitna padd liya hai, aisa bilkul nahi karna chahiye. Iske 2 reasons hai, ek ye ki agar aapka friend aapko ye batata hai ki uski puri prepration ho chuki hai aur wo abhi revise kar raha hai aur idhar aap abhi tak half syllabus bhi complete nahi kar paye to ye baat aapka stress bada degi aur ghabrahat me aap or concentrate nahi kar payenge. 2nd reason ye ki agar aapka friend prepration nahi kar paya to wo apne thoughts se aapko stressed aur demotivate kar sakta hai jisse bhi aapki study affect hogi isliye exam me apne classmate/friends se baat karna avoid kare.



Jitni study aapne ki hai uska soche, na ki jo nahi hua uska
Jitna time waste ho gaya uske baare me sochne ka koi fayda nahi, usse bhool jana hi thik hai. Aapko uss time par dhyan dena hai jisme aapne study ki, aur ye sochna hai ki agar aap itni der study kar sakte hoto aap aur bhi improve kar sakte ho, aisi thinking aapko courage degi. Exam me hamesha acha karne aur acha hone ke hi thoughts mind me rakh kar study me lage rahna chahiye.




Health ka dhyan rakhe
Morning aur evening me 5-10 minutes ke liye walk lagane jaye, jisse aapka mind fresh rahega aur aapka memory power badega. Yaha par ye baat dhyan rakhe ki walk lagate time kisi se baato me na lag jaye nahi to aap apna time waste kar denge. Akele jaye aur jaldi se walk laga kar ghar aa jaye.
Exam me healthy aur light food hi khaye jisse aapko study ke time neend na aaye. 2-3 hours ki gap se thoda bahut kuch light khaate rahe aur Fruits aur juice lete rahe. Junk food (Fast food) puri tarah se avoid kare aur wo cheeze bilkul na khaye jo aapko suit nahi karti ho.
Kai students exam me so hi nahi paate, par neend puri hona bahut jaruri hai. Aap atleast 6 hours ki proper neend jarur le, isse aap study me bahut achhe se concentrate kar payenge.



Kuch der khul kar baat kare 
Kabhi kabhi humara mann karta hai ki jo bhi mind me chal raha hai wo bahar nikale ya terrace par chadd kar chilla le. Agar aapke andar bhi koi uljhan chal rahi hai to kisi family member ke saath beth kar unhe sab kuch kah de, saare thoughts bahar nikal de, isse aap thoda light feel karenge aur aapka stress bhi chala jayega.



Saare Distractions ko hata de 
Aaj ke time me sabse bada distraction hai mobile, aapko pata bhi nahi lagega ki aapne facebook, whatsaap etc. par kitna time waste kar diya. Agar aapko achhe marks laane hai to exam me to inn sabse dur hona hi padega. Aap chahe to saari social media apps uninstall kar sakte hai jisse koi notification nahi aayega aur aap distract nahi honge. Computer par internet use karte hai to waha bhi aisi sites open hi na kare jo aapka time waste kare. Exam me TV, mobile, computer ya games me time na gawaye, inn sab se dur hona thoda mushkil hai par achhe marks lane ki khushi se baddkar nahi.
Aap jaha beth kar study karte hai waha se har wo cheeze hata de jo aapko distract karti ho, agar aap chair aur desk par study karte hai to waha books ke alawa aur kuch na rahne de, aapke room me aisa kuch na rakhe jo aapka dhyan kahi aur le jaye. 
  


Situation ko accept kare aur brave bane 
Agar aapko fail hone ka darr bahut pareshan kar raha hai to apne aap ko aisa kahe ki “mujhse jitna achha ho sakega me karunga, uske baad jo hoga dekha jayega”.
Exam me agar paper difficult aayega to wo sabke liye hi difficult rahega sirf aapke liye nahi. Aap jiss situation me hai usee accept kare aur jyada soche nahi. Saare stress ko chodd kar sirf apni study par dhyan de. Aap apna best dijiye aur result ka bilkul mat sochiye. "Ek exam ya result aapki life decide nahi kar sakta."
