Different like-dislike, taste, techniques, skills, thinking aur approach wale logo ke saath work karna aasan nahi hota, par agar work ke liye aapka positive attitude hai aur aapme ye quality hai ki aap har tarah ke logo ke saath work kar sakte ho ya unse work karwa sakte ho to aap team work bahut acche se handle kar sakte ho.

1. Team ki hamesha help kare jisse wo accha perform kar paye.

2. Team members ke saath coordination banaye.

3. Team members ke work ko effective or quick banane ke liye unse apne ideas, techniques aur skills share kare.

4. Apne team members ki acchi qualities aur skills ko appreciate kare or unse sikhe. 

5. Team members me conflict na ho iss baat ka dhyan rakhe.



Presentation Skills 

Logo se, apni team se, kisi group se ya work place par meeting me acche se communicate karne ke tarike ko Presentation skill kaha jata hai. Kuch companies me iss skills ka hona bahut important hota hai kyonki unhe business ya kisi deal ke liye clients ko ya team members ko hamesha Presentation dena hota hai.

1. Aap Verbal communication ko strong kare.

2. Persuasion skills sikhe.

3. Strong Speech kese di jati hai ye sikhe.

4. Har Environment ko adopt karne ki practice kare.
