1."Tell me about yourself"- 
Interview me sabse most common question hota hai - Tell Me About Yourself (Mujhe apne bare me batao), lekin kuch log is question ka answer perfect tarike se dene me unsuccess rahte hai, kyuki wo yeh nahi samjh pate hai ki iska answer kaise diya jaye aur kya kaha jye. Interview lene wala person aapse har question ka straight (turant/sidha) answer chahta hai, ghumaphira kar ya bahut long answer aapki lack of preparation (taiyyari ki kami) ko show karta hai, isliye interview me puchhe gaye har question ka answer straight & clear de. Kai log Tell Me About Yourself, question puchhe jane per apni puri life story batane lag jate hai, jin baato ka aapki job se koi relation naa ho, wo baate kabhi naa kahe, just apni identity, qualification, education, past work experience, strengths, qualities ke bare me bataye aur wahi baate include kare jinka relation aapki job se juda ho, koi bhi useless baate naa bataye, just related to the point baate hi kare.


2."What are your strength?"- 
Interview me puchhe jane wale questions me yeh question aapke liye sabse important & fair ho sakta hai aur aap iska pura advantage le sakte hai. What are your strength?(aapki takat/gun/majbut paksh kya hai) Is question ke answer me aap sabhi skills ke bare me bataye jo aapki strengths hai, job se related jo apki skills hai unhe bataye, Like – aapki originality, reliability, leadership quality, motivational skill, team work, past working experience, dedication etc. In sabhi cheejo ka hona kisi bhi job seeker me bahut jaruri hai aur yeh quality, life me progress dilati hai, agar aap me kuch aisi special qualities hai jo company ke liye beneficial hai to unke bare me jarur bataye. Lekin haa is baat ka jarur dhyan rakhe ki bewajah apne bare me bahut jyada taarif naa kare, naa ki aisa jataye ki aapko sab kuch aata hai, aur aap ek superman hai :) Wahi cheeje kahe jo real me aap hai aur aapki strength hai, bewajah jhuth naa kahe aur jo skills aap me na ho unhe point out naa kare. Koi bhi interviewer aisi hi candidate ko select karna chahta hai jiski skills, company ke liye bahut beneficial rahe to isliye apni un skills aur qualities ko jarur present kare, jo Job se related hai.


3."What are your weaknesses?"- 
Har person me strengths ke sath-sath weaknesses (kamjoriya) bhi hoti hai, chahe wo kam ya jyada ho sakti hai lekin kisi bhi person me koi weakness naa ho ye possible nahi hai. Interviewer bhi aapki weaknesses ko janna chahte hai aur agar aap is question ko puri tarah se deny (Inkar) kar de to isse aapke egoistic hone aur aap me arrogant, untruthful aur lacking in self-awareness ka pata chalta hai. Jo ki aapke liye problem create kar sakta hai, isliye aap me work se related ya personality se related koi bhi weaknesses hai to aap uske bare me bata sakte hai, yaha per mai aapko kuch suggestion dena chahunga jo aapki help kar sakte hai is question ka answer dene me…….aap try kare ki aap apni un weakness ke bare me bataye jin per aap already, overcome (kaabu pana) kar chuke hai, Jaise agar aap interview ke douran bahut jyada nervous hua karte the aur aapne us weakness ko hatane ke liye us per work kiya aur aaj aap is interview ko bina nervous huye face kar rahe hai ye bataye, ya aisi hi koi weakness jise aapne overcome kiya hai, lekin is baat ka dhyan rakhe ki uska relation aapki job ya professional field se ho, naa ki aapki kisi personal habit se. Aap apni self-awareness (aatm-jagrukta) ke bare me bhi bata sakte hai ki aap apne aap ko improve karne ke liye step lene me jhijhkate nahi hai aur khud me positive changes lane ke liye hamesha ready rahte hai.


4."Why do you want to work here?"- 
Yah bhi ek common question hai jo generally, interview ke time puchha jata hai ki “aap yaha kyu kam karna chahte hai?” aur kai bar hum confuse ho jate hai ki iska answer kis tarah se de, jo ki interviewer ko impress kar sake. Dekhiye kisi bhi sawal ka jawab jitna clear aur straight hoga, utna hi uska strong impact hoga, to try yahi kare baato ko ghuma kar naa kahe. Hiring manager apni company ko ek family ki tarah mante hai aur wo chahte hai ki aap part of the family bane, yaani us company ka ek hissa bane aur uske prati apni responsibility ko samjhe aur use family mankar puri honesty ke sath work karke company ki growth kare, Naa ki sirf paiso ka aur khud ka soche. Company se realted cheeje jo apko bahut pasand ho wo interviewer ko bataye aur uske liye pahle se hi company ke bare me information nikal le taaki aap company se judi achhi cheeje jo apko prabhavit karti hai, unke bare me achhe se bata paye, interview se pahle kin-kin baato ko dhyan me rakhe iske liye jarur pade – (7 aasan tarike interview ka darr bhagane ke). Jitna ho sake company ki information rakhe taaki aap interviewer ko yeh bata sake ki aap us company me job kisliye karna chahte hai.


5."Why should we hire you?"- 
Jab aapse puchha jata hai ki Why do you want to work here? To aapko us company ki specialty per focus karna hota hai aur jab aapse puchha jaye ki Why should we hire you?(hume tumhari niyukti kyu karna chahiye). Tab aapko apni strengths aur skills aur apni specialty per focus karna hai. Jisse aap ye explain kar sake ki aap is job position ke liye perfect candidate hai aur unhe aapko hire karna chahiye, aap aapki un strengths ke bare me bataye jinka relation is job se hai aur aap is job position aur company culture ke liye perfect hai, aur aap company ke liye bahut beneficial saabit ho sakte hai. Interviewer ko bataye ki aap is job position per apna 100% de sakte hai kyuki aapki skills is job se match karti hai. Ye cheeje aapki need aur aapki job ke liye seriousness ko define karti hai.
